How we measure
Energy and macronutrient values are calculated from standard reference data for each ingredient, using our typical recipes and portion sizes. They have not been laboratory-tested.
Typical values per main dish (approximate)
- Curry (chicken or paneer) — 350 g serving: 520–680 kcal · 28–40 g fat · 18–28 g carbs · 28–35 g protein
- Vegetable curry — 350 g serving: 380–480 kcal · 20–28 g fat · 28–34 g carbs · 12–16 g protein
- Biryani — 400 g serving: 620–780 kcal · 22–32 g fat · 70–90 g carbs · 24–34 g protein
- Naan bread — 1 piece: 280–340 kcal · 7–10 g fat · 45–52 g carbs · 8–10 g protein
- Basmati rice — 200 g cooked: 260 kcal · 0.5 g fat · 56 g carbs · 5 g protein
- Samosa — 1 piece: 180–220 kcal · 10–13 g fat · 18–22 g carbs · 4–6 g protein
Special diets
- Vegetarian / Vegan: clearly marked on the menu.
- Lower-fat: ask us to use less ghee or cream where possible.
- Lower-salt: we can adjust seasoning on request.
